HISTORY

In 1995 two South African businessmen and a chemical engineer from Swellendam developed water based sealants and cold tar products for the Do-It Yourself market. After numerous tests and substantial financial investment, they have developed a unique range of products that have been SABS tested and used successfully all over RSA.

A need was identified, and the opportunity to own a labor saving, profitable manufacturing business was created. Individually owned plants have been sold nationwide, each being an entity on its own, in private possession.

TODAY

During November 2007 a transfer of all intelectual property and business rights took place and a new dynamic team is ready to take Top Seal to even greater heights. Top Seal South Africa has retained the expertise, knowledge and knowhow of one of the founder members and together we can provide for all your sealing and cleaning needs. National marketing strategies and co-operation principles are being developed to make Top Seal a household name in South Africa. International markets have also been identified.

  • The knowledge, skills and chemical formulas to manufacture and sell the TOP SEAL basic range of products in the marketplace during a two day training course. Access to new products and future developments.

  • Product knowledge to enable you as supplier/contractor to sell/apply the range of TOP SEAL products

  • Market research and segmentation to ascertain the feasibility of a business in your geographical area.

  • No “franchise” – you buy the sole right (concession) to own a manufacturing plant or depot.

  • Machinery (mixers, special sieves, blades etc.) for the manufacturing process.A ‘Beginners Pack’ of chemicals, packaging material, HandsOn Manuals (product knowledge and application), InsideInfo (formulas and production), Business Practice (general, sound business practice) and full training for your sales team as appointed by you.

  • A contract to protect you in respect of the above. No restriction shall be placed by TOP SEAL SA with regards to your marketing strategy. The limited number of manufacturing plants / outlets provide protection against over saturation of the market place.

  • You acquire the sole rights and product knowledge to enable you as supplier/contractor to sell/apply the range of TOP SEAL products.

  • Negotiates better purchase prices with suppliers.
  • Sends regular informative newsletters to members.
  • Provides after sales support to factory owners.
